IDENTIFCATION:  NRA membership is not required but if competitors have NRA membership, please include his/her name as it appears on their NRA membership
card, complete mailing address and NRA ID #.  Please include your telephone number.  If you would like to receive the match bulletins by E-Mail include your E-
Mail Address.

CLASSIFICATION OF COMPETITORS: NRA Classification System will be used. Refer to Rule 19.6. Juniors refer to rules- 2.3 - 2.3.1 and 2.3.2  

TEAMS:  Will be composed of no fewer than four competitors.  Each club can enter 1 team in each discipline.  The four highest aggregate scores will be used for
the team scores.  No extra fee is required, as all individuals who desire may fire on a team.  Junior teams will compete for separate awards.

LATE SCORES:  Will be accepted from individuals without penalty until the due date for the last or eighth stage, but only those scores RECEIVED BY THE DUE
DATE will be used for the team scores.  NOTE: DUE DATE MEANS SCORES MUST BE POSTMARKED BY THE DUE DATE OR E-MAILED BY DUE DATE.
All competitors shooting as individuals must send in their targets.

UNSIGNED TARGETS:  Please sign all targets on the front side before turning in targets.

CHALLENGES:  Must be made within ten days of receipt of bulletins.

NOTE:  No entries will be accepted after the due date for stage 4.  

BULLETINS:  Will be mailed or E-Mailed to your club’s Statistical Officer after each due date.

AWARDS:  Blackinton Medals for individual awards.  Team awards will be our choice.  Match winner, match runner-up, 1 award per 5 entries in a class, and 1
award per 5 entries in the team match.

STATISTICAL OFFICER:  Each club will provide a Stat Officer to score targets and report scores.  Also keep all targets, as some sets may need to be sent in to
verify scores.  Stat Officers will shoot postal league for free and be eligible for all awards for their help with the league.  All competitors shooting as individuals
must send in their targets.

NOTE TO CLUB SECRETARIES:  Please collect all entry fees and remit with list of competitors and or teams.  We are sending entry forms along with this notice.

SMALLBORE RIFLE

Rules:  NRA smallbore rifle rules apply

COURSE OF FIRE:  Each stage will consist of (unlimited sighters in each position) 10 shots prone in 10 min., 10 shots standing in 15 min., 10 shots sitting in 10
min. and 10 shots kneeling in 10 min. at 50 feet on A17 targets, any sight. Refer to rule 19.4.

C. F. PISTOL

COURSE OF FIRE:  Gallery course at 50 feet.  10 shots slow-fire in 10 minutes, two 5 shots strings in 20 sec.  timed-fire and two 5 shots strings in 10 sec. rapid-fire.

ENTRY FEE:        $25.00/8 Stages.  Juniors $12.50.

IF ENTERING BOTH 22 AND CF PISTOL THE FEE IS $37 FOR ADULTS OR $18.75 FOR JUNIORS

Do not plug your targets, but you may note the scores on the front of the targets if you desire.  However, if you have a double, point it out and it will make it easier
to score.  Also, if you have an alibi refire, make a notation on the target of number of shot s fired.  If a competitor has a complete miss on their target, note that
also and it will save time looking for it.
